Marian Lally née Murphy

Rahoon, Galway, and formerly of Cross Street, Galway City.

Marian passed away peacefully on Saturday, 3rd January, surrounded by her loving family.

Marian’s family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Clarinbridge Care Facility for the kindness, compassion and care shown to her throughout her illness.

Predeceased by her beloved parents Martin and Kathleen.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted husband Ronnie, and her cherished children Ian, Rowena, Kevin, Martin and Ronan. Deeply mourned by her brothers Kevin, Peter, Michael, Jerry and Martin Murphy, her sister Tina (Curran), her adored grandchildren Tomás, Emily and Cathal, and her great-grandchildren Finn and Callum.

Marian will also be fondly remembered by her son-in-law Noel, daughter-in-law Carmel, partners Marcella and Siobhan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, Galway (H91 A786), on Tuesday, 6th January, from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., with prayers at 7.30 p.m.

No removal on Tuesday evening.

Arriving to St. Mary’s Church on Wednesday morning in advance of Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m.

Please note that family, friends and neighbours are welcome to walk behind the hearse from Conneely’s Funeral Home on Wednesday morning, departing at approximately 10.30 a.m.

Following Mass, a cremation service will take place in Shannon Crematorium at 2.00 p.m.
